Hon. Dr. Bensuda is dedicated to addressing the socio-economic challenges of Homabay County through targeted initiatives in education, health, environmental conservation, and economic empowerment.
Under her leadership, significant strides have been made in distributing bursaries, planting over 300,000 tree seedlings, and supporting vulnerable groups with innovative programs.
The vision for Homabay County is to address key challenges through strategic partnerships and resource mobilization, ensuring sustainable socio-economic empowerment for the people, particularly women, youth, and marginalized groups.
The mission is to collaborate with NGOs, private sector partners, and development agencies to build sustainable programs aimed at addressing the pressing challenges facing Homabay County, particularly in education, health, water supply, and economic empowerment.
The Office of the Woman Representative for Homabay County, led by Hon. Dr. Joyce Atieno Osogo Bensuda, is committed to improving the quality of life for the people of Homabay through various development programs and partnerships with NGOs and private sector stakeholders.
